We would like to inform you that on July 23, 2025, PRIVATE JOINT-STOCK COMPANY “KAUCHUK” was reorganized and transformed into LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “RUBBERLIX.”
When a joint-stock company is transformed into a limited liability company, all property and non-property rights, obligations, existing contracts, permits, licenses, obligations to third parties, as well as obligations to the state are automatically transferred to the LLC as the legal successor. At the same time, the company’s identification code, registered address, commercial activity, and the scope of obligations to employees, counterparties, and state authorities do not change.
